Unwind and relax at Tonne Winery during our December Candle Pouring Workshop on 11/12/24 at 6:30pm. Enjoy an afternoon of wine and candle making as you sip on Tonne Winery's finest wines, pour custom candles, and share a few laughs with friends or your significant other. Your custom candles will need time to cool, so you can pick them up later during regular Tonne Winery hours. Join us for a relaxing Sunday of creativity, relaxation, and fun at our December Candle Pouring Workshop!
 
Pour 2 candles - $45
** Event typically lasts ~1 - 1.5 hrs from start to finish
 
Please note:
1.) This is an event for adults and a cash bar will be on-site.
 
2.) The workshop is being held at Tonne Winery (NOT at Happy Accidents Studio)

3.) For this specialty event, a minimum number of guests may be required. We reserve the right to reschedule or credit you for this event. If so, you'll be notified via registration email prior to the event start time. ** ONE REGISTRATION PER PERSON IS REQUIRED. PROJECT SHARING IS NOT PERMITTED.**

  • CANDLE POURING EVENT WAIVER

    Event: Candle Pouring Event         

    Date: 12/12/24        

    Location: Tonne Winery, Muncie IN

    In consideration of being allowed to participate in the candle pouring party (“Event”) hosted by ALT CANDLE CO, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to hot wax, open flames, and potential burns. I voluntarily assume all such risks and hazards associated with participating in the event.

    • Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and discharge ALT CANDLE CO, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of ALT CANDLE CO or otherwise.

    • Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALT CANDLE CO from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.

    • Medical Consent: I authorize ALT CANDLE CO to seek and obtain medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency if I am unable to make such decisions for myself. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred on my behalf.

    • Photo and Video Release: I grant ALT CANDLE CO the right to take photographs and videos of me during the Event and to use those photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to me.

    • Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by ALT CANDLE CO and its representatives during the Event.

    • Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana.

    I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER, AND I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. THIS EVENT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ACT AS MY CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO THIS WAIVER.
