Summer Art Camp #3 (June 14-18)

  • This contract is between Happy Accidents Studio (the "Business") and the "Client."

    The Client is hiring the Happy Accidents Studio for the services art lessons, classes, event, and/or services described in this contract.

     

    TERMS

     

    INVOICES/PAYMENT:

    The Client agrees to pay invoice(s)/payment by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices/payments may result in suspension or termination of the project/event/class/lesson.

     

    PAYMENT METHODS:

    Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

     

    NO REFUNDS:

    A $75 non-refundable deposit is included as a portion of the one-time class payment. If something comes up, we can work with you to reschedule the event within 3 months of the original event date. The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within 5 days from 11:59pm on the date of last class session.

     

    TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

    The Contract ends on 11:59pm the day of the last class session unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

    FOOD & DRINK:
    Since we don't provide food or drinks, you're welcome to bring your own food & drinks from home if you'd like. However, we do provide the plates, napkins, plastic utensils and cups. We have a refrigerator if you need to keep things cool or frozen.

    COVID-19 INFORMATION:
    Based on recommendations and guidance from the CDC, we require everyone to wear masks (except for when we have the snack/cake break) during the duration of the event... our staff included! Currently, class sizes are limited to 12 people right now. Please limit the number of non-participants to ensure proper social distancing is feasible. We kindly ask that all our guests/ artists respect and maintain the 6ft social distancing guidelines as set forth by the State of Indiana & Delaware County.

    ARRIVAL:
    Please arrive no more than 5-10 mins early. We will begin the event activities promptly so be sure to arrive on time.

    Parking surrounding the studio = There's a small gravel lot behind the studio, on street parking out front and a public parking lot across the street.

    We have plenty of space to store personal belongings, purses/ bags and coats.

    CLEAN-UP:
    After the event is over, guests are expected to clean up any guest related belongings, artwork, food or drinks brought to the event. We will clean-up the art mess! We will wash and disinfect all aprons, art tools, supplies, tablecloths, chairs, tables, etc. We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings, clothes, shoes, etc... that may occur based on the nature of art activities being performed. We will get messy so please do not wear your best clothes, jewelry, shoes, etc.

     

    By submitting a payment, both parties agree to all the terms and provisions of this agreement.
